智慧旅游背景下旅游管理专业人才培养研究

A Research on the Cultivation of Tourism Management Talents in the Context of Intelligent Tourism

智慧旅游要求高校旅游管理专业在人才培养上主动适应时代发展的需求,重视对学生信息技术素养的培养,培养学生的创新意识和创新能力。目前,旅游管理专业在教学方法、课程体系、师资力量等方面均不能适应智慧旅游对人才培养的要求。应科学制定人才培养方案,构建适应智慧旅游需求的课程体系,加强师资队伍建设,推进校企深度合作,创立共赢发展模式,培养适应智慧旅游的旅游管理专业人才。

Intelligent tourism requires the tourism management specialty in colleges and universities to actively adapt to the needs of the development of the times in talent cultivation, pay attention to the cultivation of students’ information technology literacy, and cultivate students’ innovation awareness and ability. Currently, the tourism management specialty can not meet the requirements of intelligent tourism for talent cultivation in teaching methods, curriculum system, teachers and other aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to make a scientific talent cultivation plan, build a curriculum system to meet the needs of intelligent tourism, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, create a win-win development model, and cultivate tourism management talents to meet the needs of intelligent tourism.
