Reform and Exploration of the Training Model of Economic and Financial Professionals under the New Economy——A case study of West Anhui University

在解释新经济、金融新业态对从业人员能力需求产生变化的基础上,详细分析了传统金融类专业人才培养与社会实际需求矛盾的产生原因,并结合皖西学院金融类专业建设实际,给出了新经济背景下,应用型本科院校金融类专业建设的皖西学院方案。

On the basis of the analysis on the influence of new economy,new financial forms on employees ability requirements,the paper explicitly analyzes the reasons for the contradiction between traditional talent cultivation for finance majors and social actual demands.Moreover,combined with the construction reality of finance major of West Anhui University,the paper puts forward the construction scheme for the finance majors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities under the background of new economy.
