基于专业核心岗位能力培养的多元化实践课程体系构建与实践——以长江师范学院政治学与行政学专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 以政治学与行政学专业人才培养为例,针对其实践课程体系存在的“四个错位”主要问题:专业培养目标与专业核心岗位能力培养定位错位、专业核心岗位能力培养要素与实践课程体系结构错位、专业实践课程教学体系与专业核心岗位能力培养要求错位、专业核心岗位能力达成与实践课程考核评价错位。结合新时代对专业人才培养要求,与专业核心岗位能力相适应,在实践基础上提出以下应对举措:构建与实践新型人才培养模式、整合与优化多元化实践课程内容体系、改革与践行多元化实践课程教学体系、重构与实施多元化实践课程考评体系。 Strengthening the construction of a diversified practice curriculum system centered on professional core post-ability training is beneficial to the bottleneck problem of the professional core post-ability training practice dimension,which is conducive to the coordinated development of theoretical and practical courses;the diversified practice curriculum system Practice is conducive to comprehensively improving the adaptability of professional talents in the core level of reality,and also strongly responds to the question of the ability of social employers to the core positions of professional talents.Taking the training of political science and administrative talents as an example,the main problems of the“four misplacements”in the practical curriculum system are:professional training objectives and professional core post ability training position misplacement,professional core post ability training elements and practical curriculum system structure Dislocation,professional practice curriculum teaching system and professional core post ability training requirements misplacement,professional core post ability achievement and practical course assessment evaluation misplacement.Combining the requirements of professional training in the new era,and adapting to the core competence of professional,the following countermeasures are proposed on the basis of practice:constructing and practicing a new talent training model,integrating and optimizing the content system of diversified practical courses,reforming and practicing diversity Practice curriculum teaching system,reconstruction and implementation of the diversified practice curriculum evaluation system.
