摘要
教育行动研究是教师为了提高教育教学实践的质量和促进自身专业发展,在教育实践中对自身的教育实践问题开展的一种研究方式。教育行动研究和教师专业发展的内在关系表现为教师专业发展是教育行动研究的本源之意,教育行动研究是教师专业发展的客观要求。基于教育行动研究的教师专业发展策略应是积极树立教育行动研究的价值观念和“教师即研究者”的意识、努力培养教师开展教育行动研究的能力和品质。
Educational action research is a way for teachers to study their own educational practice in order to improve the quality of educational teaching practice and promote their own professional development.The internal relationship between educational action research and teacher professional development is that teacher professional development is the origin of educational action research and educational action research is the objective requirement of teacher professional development.The strategy of teacher professional development based on educational action research should be to establish the value of educational action research and the consciousness of“teacher as researcher”,and to cultivate teachers’ability and quality to carry out educational action research.
