摘要
欧盟翻译总司是全球极具影响力的语言服务机构之一,其制定的《2016—2020战略规划》(Strategic Plan 2016-2020)对于中国广大语言服务机构特别是翻译服务机构的未来发展具有重要参考和借鉴作用,其中折射出的重视服务质量和服务水平的不断提升、重视先进技术手段的研发及其在工作中的广泛应用、重视员工的职业发展和对员工的人文关怀、重视对外交流合作的广泛开展这些重要理念,尤其值得认真思考研究。
The Directorate-General for Translation of EU is an influential language service institute around the world,and its Strategic Plan 2016-2020 is an important reference for China’s language services industry’s future development,especially for translation services.The concepts reflected in the plan is,in particular,worth thinking and study,which include attaching great importance to improvement of service quality and service level,to development and application of advanced technology,to career development and humanistic caring of staff,and to external communication and cooperation.
