农村社会工作服务成效评估研究——以重庆市沙坪坝区白林村为例

Evaluation of the Service Effectiveness of Rural Social Work——Taking Bailin Village in Shapingba District of Chongqing as an Example

目前我国农村社会工作尚处于探索阶段,其理论、实务和方法均发展不足,特别是在具体的农村社会工作服务成效评估方面,国内学者所做的研究更少,不能及时反馈真实的服务成效情况。通过对白林村社会工作服务的考察,运用观察法记录服务前后的变化,总结出农村社会工作服务成效的呈现方面、提炼出社会工作服务成效评估的不足和对策。

At present,China's rural social work is still in the exploratory stage,and its theory,practice and methods are underdeveloped.Especially in the specific evaluation of the service effectiveness of rural social work,domestic scholars have done less research and cannot timely feedback the true service effectiveness.Through the investigation of social work service in Bailin Village,the author records the changes before and after the service using observation method,summarizes the presentation aspects of the service effectiveness of rural social work,and refines the shortcomings and countermeasures of social work service effectiveness evaluation.
