“两化融合”视域下高职院校学生就业胜任力提升途径

Improvement Approaches of Higher Vocational College Students’Employment Competence from the Perspective of Informatization and Industrialization Integration

“两化融合”引发的工业革命和产业变革给人才观、教育观带来了巨大冲击,尤其是对培养高素质技术技能型人才的高职院校提出了更高要求。通过对“两化融合”视域下高职院校学生就业力的分析,提出了思想政治教育与胜任力培养相融合、发挥“双师型”教师职业胜任力的导向作用、校企深度融合完善现代学徒制模式、校企文化融合创新等途径,进一步提高高职院校人才培养质量,切实提高学生就业力。

The industrial revolution and industrial transformation triggered by the"integration of informatization and industrialization"have brought great impact on the outlook on talents and education.In particular,higher requirements are put forward for higher vocational colleges to train high-quality technical and skilled personnel.Through the analysis of students'employment competence in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of the"integration of informatization and industrialization",this paper puts forward such approaches as integrating ideological and political education with competency training,giving full play to the guiding role of"double-qualified"teachers'professional competence,perfecting the modern apprenticeship model through deep integration of schools and enterprises,and integrating and innovating school-enterprise culture,so as to further improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges and effectively improve students'employment competence.
