基于分类教学管理思想的中国职业学校学情调查设计与现状分析

摘要 职业教育与大众工作生活息息相关,由于教育对象、培养体系、社会需求的差别,传统意义上的职业教育在国内却成为最被忽视的一个教育领域。按照国家要求,要把职业教育重心放到培养高层次应用型人才上来,突出质量导向,开展分类教学、分类管理,确保落实“高职扩招100万”工作方案。在这一目标导引下,分类教学管理是职业教育改革创新必由之路,也是国家一再强调的发展之路。学情调查是分类教学管理实现的前提与基础,也是检验分类教学管理效果的有效手段。基于上述观点,以46所进行分类教育改革的职业学校为调查对象进行学情调查设计,重点针对分类教学改革前后的满意度进行分析,并据此验证改革效果。研究发现,分类教育管理前后,学生在教学服务、学校管理、校园文化三方面满意度都有所提升,利于后期针对分类教学管理经验提出适宜的对策与建议。 Vocational education is closely related to the work and life of the public.Due to the differences in educational objects,training systems and social needs,vocational education in the traditional sense has become the most neglected field of education in China.In accordance with national requirements,the focus of vocational education should be placed on cultivating high-level applied talents,highlighting quality orientation,carrying out classified teaching and classified management,and ensuring the implementation of the 1 million work plan for higher vocational expansion.Guided by this goal,classified teaching management is the only way to reform and innovate vocational education,and it is also the road of development that the country has repeatedly emphasized.The academic investigation is the premise and foundation of the realization of classified teaching management,and it is also an effective means to test the effect of classified teaching management.Based on the above viewpoints,this paper investigates the designs of 46 vocational schools that carry out classified education reform,analyzes the satisfaction before and after the classified teaching reform,and verifies the effect of reform based on this.The study found that the academic investigation of Chinese vocational education schools based on the idea of classified teaching management not only reveals that the satisfaction of students in teaching services,school management and campus culture has been improved after classified teaching management,but also helps to put forward appropriate countermeasures for the classified teaching management later on.
