Research on Electrical Performance Test of Electric Vehicle High Voltage System

本文从电动汽车相关标准及设计指标出发,分析电动汽车高压系统电性能的相关要求,包括高压安全要求及整车、高压部件电气性能要求。依托于国家及行业相关标准,结合电动汽车的实际设计指标,对电动汽车高压系统电性能试验内容进行总结,简要介绍各测试项的测试目的、试验设备及测试方法,并提出相关评价要求。

Based on relevant standards and design indicators of electric vehicles, This paper analyzes the electrical performance requirements of electric vehicle high-voltage systems, including high-voltage safety requirements and electrical performance requirements of complete vehicles and high-voltage components. Relying on the national and industry related standards, combined with the actual design indicators of electric vehicles, the electric vehicle high-voltage system electrical performance test content is summarized, the test objectives, test equipment and test methods of a test item are briefly introduced, and relevant evaluation requirements are put forward.
