摘要
基于汽车技术发展现状,本文提出4种不同类型的整车12V低压电源系统。首先根据不同的整车分类分别阐述了整车12V低压电源系统相关零部件的选型设计方法,包括起动型12V蓄电池、非起动型12V蓄电池、 12V发电机、 DC/DC直流转换器的选型设计。另外,针对起动型12V蓄电池的选型,本文通过整车环境舱冷启动试验验证了选型的合理性。最后,文章阐述了整车12V低压电平衡并以传统燃油车为例进行了详细的计算分析。
Based on the development status of automotive technology, four different types of 12V low-voltage power supply system for vehicles are proposed. Firstly, according to different vehicle classification, This paper describes the design method of type selection for automotive 12V low-voltage power supply system related parts,including type selections and designs of start-up 12V battery, non-startup 12V battery, 12V generator, DC/DC converter. In addition, aiming at the start-up 12V battery, the rationality of its type selection and design are verified by the cold starting performance test in the environmental chamber. Finally, expounds the automotive 12V low-voltage power supply balance and takes the traditional fuel vehicle as an example for detailed calculation and analysis.
