摘要
随着汽车上配置用电器数量的增加以及人们对汽车造型的美观程度和乘坐舒适体验性的提升,汽车线束在自身分支直径加大的同时,所拥有的布置空间越来越小。本文主要围绕两厢车的后盖线束,对其在后盖钣金上的布置方法进行研究,分析不同布置方法的优势和劣势,并制定后盖线束最优的设计及布置策略。
With the increase of the number of equipped appliances on automobiles and the improvement of people’s requirements on aesthetic degree of automobile shape and comfort experience, the layout space of automobile wiring harness is becoming smaller while the diameter of its branch increases. This paper mainly focuses on the rear cover wiring harness of two carriage vehicles, and its layout method the advantages and disadvantages of different layout methods are analyzed and the optimal design and layout strategy of the rear cover wiring harness is formulated.
