摘要
在以全新一代依维柯Daily底盘为基础的各类房车、商务车的改装中发现,前后暖风水路未设置水阀,发动机运行后,热的冷却液不分工况,不分季节,一直在暖风内部循环,造成夏季车厢暖风位置温度较高,影响乘员舒适性。而直接设置水阀关闭,会造成车辆EGR阀体无法散热,引起发动机故障。本文提出的电动水阀组件方案,不仅解决了非冬季后暖风散热器热辐射问题,还保证了发动机冷却液的自然循环。此组件可以安装在任何后暖风冷却液不受控或者手动操作改电动控制的车辆上,运用前景广泛。
In the modification of all kinds of trailers and commercial vehicles based on the new generation IVECO Daily chassis, it was found that there was no water valve in the front and rear warm air waterways. After the engine was running, the hot coolant circulated in the warm air all the time regardless of working conditions and seasons, resulting in high temperature in the warm air position of the car in summer and affecting the comfort of passengers. However, if the water valve is directly set to close, the EGR valve body of the vehicle will not be able to dissipate heat and cause engine failure. The electric water valve assembly scheme proposed in this paper not only solves the problem of heat radiation of non-winter warm air radiator, but also ensures the natural circulation of engine coolant. This assembly can be installed in any vehicle with uncontrollable afterward-air coolant or manual to electric control, and has wide application prospects.
