小学心理健康课高效生本课堂的思考

摘要 生本理念下,高效的心理健康课堂不仅有赖于科学、充分的预设,也需要善于把握不确定的、非预期的生成资源,并及时整合、动态生成。“打破思维定势——做一只会拐弯的毛毛虫”一课在课前精心预设,从“脑筋急转弯”引出主题、“思维定势初体验”、“思维定势再深化”、到“打破思维定势”,最后“联系实际,总结升华”,环环相扣,层层递进;在课中高效生成,在活动中紧紧抓住学生共同遇到的困惑,适时引导,促进学生自我成长。 Under the student-oriented concept,efficient mental health course not only depends on scientific and sufficient presupposition,but also needs to be good at grasping uncertain and unexpected generated resources,and timely integration and dynamic generation."Break the thinking stereotype--be a caterpillar who can turn a corner"presets carefully before class,from"brain teaser","the first experience of thinking stereotype","deepening of thinking stereotype",to"break the thinking stereotype","contact with the reality,summarize sublimation",interlocking,layer by layer;In class,students can be highly productive.In the activity,they can firmly grasp the confusion they encounter together,which guides them in time and promotes their self-growth.
