摘要
森林火灾案件的侦查技术研究在国内尚属空白,也少有教科书可供参考。通过多起森林案件的侦查工作,分析发生在大兴安岭林区多起火灾案件,总结了森林火灾的种类,火因调查的方法,起火点勘察和侦查中应注意的事项。为我国森林火灾案件侦查工作提供参考。
The investigation technology of forest fire cases is still blank in China,and there are few textbooks for reference.Through the investigation of many forest cases,this paper analyzes many fire cases in Daxing'anling Forest Area,summarizes the types of forest fires,the methods of fire cause investigation,the matters that should be paid attention to in the investigation and investigation of fire point.It provides reference for the investigation of forest fire cases in China.
