浅谈黑龙江省三北防护林现状与修复的意义

A Brief Talk on the Present Situation of the Three-North Shelterbelt in Heilongjiang Province and the Significance of its Restoration

黑龙江省三北防护林到2010年底已建设40年,区域面积达到3283万hm^2,累计造林298.94万hm^2,但由于西部地区环境恶劣使得部分防护林出现退化现象,本文通过对退化特征及程度的描述,简要阐述不同修复方式对防护林修复所产生的意义。

The Three-North Shelterbelt in Heilongjiang Province has been constructed for 40 years by the end of 2010,with an area of 32.83 million hectares and a total of 29.89 million hectares of afforestation.However,due to the bad environment in the western region,some shelterbelts have been degraded.This paper briefly introduces the significance of different restoration methods for the restoration of shelterbelts by describing the characteristics and degree of degradation.
