不同水温处理野鸦椿种子发芽试验初探

摘要 采用随机区组试验设计方案开展野鸦椿容器育苗发芽试验,研究了不同水温淋种催芽对野鸦椿发芽的影响。试验结果表明:野鸦椿淋种催芽的适宜水温60℃-70℃,最佳水温是70℃,发芽率达83.6%。随着淋种催芽的水温降低,其发芽率也随着降低。水温太低,种壳难以软化吸水,播种发芽率不高;而水温达到80℃,种壳易开裂,种胚容易损伤,其发芽率最低,只有34.5%。 The germination experiment of Eucaphis japonica(Thunb.)Dippel was carried out by using the randomized block experiment design,and the effect of different water temperature on the germination of Eucaphis japonica(Thunb.)Dippel was studied.The results showed that the optimum water temperature was 60℃-70℃,the optimum water temperature was 70℃,and the germination rate reached 83.6%.With the decrease of water temperature,the germination rate also decreases.Water temperature is too low,the seed shell is difficult to soften water absorption,sowing germination rate is not high;When the water temperature reaches 80℃,the seed shell is easy to crack,and the seed embryo is easy to damage,and the germination rate is the lowest,only 34.5%.
