乌鲁木齐商业中心演变与空间格局研究

Research on the Evolution and Spatial Pattern of Commercial Center in Urumqi

选取2013与2018年城市POI(兴趣点)数据,利用核密度估计法与热点分析法,探究乌鲁木齐商业中心演变与商业空间格局特征。研究结果表明:2013—2018年乌鲁木齐商业空间由单一核心逐渐发展为多核心商圈,各类商业辐射范围扩大、集聚程度增加,但发展速度不均;商业空间呈多中心组团沿交通干道向两侧延伸的扩散方式,南部区域商业职能较北部更完备;不同的商业业态集聚形态与区位存在差异,核心区商业职能完备且功能互补,外围区商业发展速度明显滞后于城市拓展速度,各类商业网点分布较为分散。从宏观角度剖析乌鲁木齐商业规划与布局问题,为城市资源合理配置提供参考。

Based on the urban POI(points of interest)data from 2013 and 2018,by using Nuclear density estimation method and hot spot analysis method to explore the evolution of commercial centers and the characteristics of commercial spatial pattern in Urumqi.The research shows that,from 2013 to 2018,Urumqi commercial space gradually developed from a single core into a multi-core business circle,expanding the radiation range of all types of businesses and increasing the degree of agglomeration,but with an uneven development speed.The commercial space is multi-center group structure,which extends along the main road to both sides.The commercial function in the south is more complete than that in the north.There are differences in the agglomeration form and location of different commercial forms.The commercial functions in the core area are complete and complementary.The commercial development speed in the peripheral area lags behind the urban development speed obviously,and all kinds of commercial outlets are scattered.This paper analyzes the problems in the commercial planning and layout of Urumqi from a macro perspective and provides references for realizing the rational allocation of urban resources.
