With the rapid development of the economy and society and the deepening of reforms,the social environment is increasingly complex and changeable and people’s needs are diversified,which puts forward new demands on grassroots social governance.Promoting urban and rural community governance system and modernization of governance capacity is the strategic focus,main direction and promotion strategy of China’s urban development.It is necessary to focus on improving organizational strength,give full play to the leading core role of grassroots party organizations,adhere to the concept of law-based and scientific governance,innovate the governance work under the guidance of party building,respect and inspire the pioneering spirit of the masses,do a good job in social governance innovation,innovate the party’s grassroots work and explore a model of good governance with Chinese characteristics.
