职业教育改革背景下的“专接本”项目发展管窥

On the Development Prospect of the “Upgraded Project” under the Background of Vocational Education Reform

江苏省自学考试“专接本”工作开展10年来,不仅拓展了省内高职院校广大学生的升学途径,也为江苏省学习型社会的构建做出了贡献。10年探索为技能型人才多样性培养提供了一种新选择。在我国大力推进职业教育改革的背景下,“专接本”的理论研究、项目定位和创新发展等方面与社会需求脱节。为此需要切实推进“专接本”项目的内涵建设,通过树立现代职教理念、加强实践能力培养、完善网络学习平台、提高终生学习能力等举措,为自学考试的可持续发展夯实基础。

In the past ten years,the upgraded project in self-study examination in Jiangsu Province has not only enriched the ways for higher vocational students to further study,but also contributed to the construction of learning-oriented society in Jiangsu Province.The ten-year exploration has provided a new choice for the diversified training of skilled talents.Under the vigorous reform of the modern vocational education in our country,the theoretical research,project orientation,innovative development of“the Upgraded Project”are divorced from the social needs.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively promote the connotation construction of the project and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of self-study examination by establishing the concept of modern vocational education,strengthening the cultivation of practical ability,perfecting online learning platform and improving lifelong learning ability.
