摘要 为了解决螺旋叶片购买费用高的问题,研制了一种电动双向螺旋叶片拉伸装置。它可以同时装入两片待拉制螺旋叶片毛坯,通过支板两侧螺旋副的相对位移分别拉制成型,具有制造简单,使用方便,工人劳动强度低,适用范围广等特点。文章介绍了该装置的工作原理及结构,并且给出了螺旋叶片展开尺寸计算及工艺孔位置确定的方法。 An electric two-way spiral blade stretching device is developed to solve the problem of high purchase cost of spiral blades.It can be loaded into two blade blanks to be drawn at the same time,and two screw-nut helical pairs on both sides of the supporting plate are respectively drawn into shape by the relative displacement.The new device has the characteristics of simple to manufacture,easy to use,low labor intensity of workers,high working efficiency and wide application range.This paper introduces the working principle and structure of the device,and gives the calculation of the expansion size of the spiral blade and the determination method of the position of the process hole.
