摘要
通过对老东寨铅锌矿矿石特征及选冶性能研究,发现矿石中铅、锌含量较高,且以锌为主,主要金属矿物为方铅矿、闪锌矿,伴生有用组分为银、镓、锗,脉石矿物主要为石英、玉髓及炭质,确定矿物生成顺序为石英(硅化)→黄铁矿→闪锌矿→黄铜矿→方铅矿-石英。通过各浮选条件试验,认为该矿属于选矿性较好的硫化物矿石,螺旋洗样除去炭质、泥质可降低铅锌矿石浮选成本,并提出了一粗二扫三精的浮选工艺流程。
The Laodongzhai Pb-Zn ore consists of ore minerals such as galena and sphalerite and gangue minerals such as quartz, chalcedony and carbonaceous material with associated useful components such as Ag, Ga, Ge. The mineral paragenetic sequence is quartz(silicified)-pyrrhotite-sphalerite-chalcopyrite-galenaquartz. From flotation conditions test it is concluded that the ore belongs to the sulfide ore with better mineral processing property. The flotation cost can be reduced by removing carbon and mud by spiral washing. A flotation process of one roughing-two scavenging-three cleanings is put forward.
