中学生认知闭合需要的特征及其在核心素养培育中的作用

Characteristic of Need for Cognitive Closure and Its Effects on the Training of Key Competencies in Middle School Students

摘要 中学生认知闭合需要具有动机特性,在一定程度上能够反映中学生的心理健康素质,与以文化为背景的心理加工有着紧密的联系。认知闭合需要在中学生核心素养培育过程中首先起着动力作用,其次对知识获得过程产生影响,再次是创造性问题解决过程中的影响,最后还对人际交往产生影响。未来研究不仅要重视引导中学生认知闭合需要,还要善于利用认知闭合需要的特征促进中学生核心素养的形成。 The need for cognitive closure among middle school students has motive quality, and can reflect the mental health of the students to some extent. It is closely related to the psychological processing with cultural background. Need for cognitive closure of students in the process of key competencies formation, first plays a dynamic role, followed by the impact of the process of knowledge acquisition, the third is the effect of the creative problem solving process, and finally influence on interpersonal communication. Future research should not only pay attention to guiding students’ need for cognitive closure,but also be good at using the characteristics of cognitive closure to promote the formation of key competencies of students.
