胸痛中心对行PPCI治疗的急性STEMI患者救治时间及预后的影响

EFFECT OF CHEST PAIN CENTER ON TREATMENT TIME AND PROG-NOSIS OF ACUTE STEMI PATIENTS TREATED WITH PPCI

目的 探讨提高急性STEMI患者救治效果的方法。方法 回顾性分析758例行PPCI治疗的急性STEMI患者临床资料,以胸痛中心建立前1年入院者为对照组,建立后1年入院者为观察组,比较患者住院期间的D-B时间、住院心力衰竭发生率和病死率、住院时间及费用,随访半年时心力衰竭发生率和病死率。结果 观察组住院期间各指标明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。随访期间,观察组心力衰竭发生率明显低于对照组(15.9%vs 23.5%;P=0.014)。结论 规范化胸痛中心建立可以显著提高STEMI患者的救治效果。

Objective To explore ways to improve the treatment effect of patients with acute STEMI.Methods The clinical data of 758 patients with acute STEMI who were treated with PPCI were retrospectively analyzed.The patients admitted one year before the establishment of the chest pain center were used as the control group,and the patients admitted one year after the establishment were used as the observation group.The D-B time of patients while in the hospital,length of hospital stay and cost,and heart failure incidence and mortality at six months of follow-up were compared.Results The length of stay in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).During follow-up,the incidence of heart failure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.9%vs 23.5%;P=0.014).Conclusion The establishment of standardized chest pain center can significantly improve the treatment effect of STEMI patients.
