摘要
目的 探讨提高精神科护理质量的方法。方法 选择精神科护理人员42名,将其随机分为两组,各21名。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用人性化管理。对比两组的服务水平和情绪状态。结果 观察组在责任心、护理水平、服务态度、健康教育、风险意识及护理满意度等方面评分均高于对照组(t=5.27~25.93,P <0.01)。开展人性化管理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分改善幅度大于对照组(P <0.01)。结论 在精神科护理工作中采用人性化管理,可以更好地保证护理人员的心理健康,提升护理管理效果。
Objective To explore ways to improve the quality of psychiatric care.Methods A total of 42 psychiatric nursing staff were selected and randomly divided into two groups,21 each.The control group was under a regular management and the observation group was under a humanized management.The service level and emotional state of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of responsibility,nursing level,service attitude,health education,risk awareness and nursing satisfaction(t=5.27~25.93,P<0.01).After humanized management,the improvement of SAS and SDS scores in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of humanized management in psychiatric nursing work can better ensure the mental health of nursing staff and improve the effect of nursing management.
