摘要
目的:探讨6S管理在临床骨科护理中的应用效果。方法:医院于2019年3月起开展6S管理,选择2019年3月-5月就诊的35例患者作为观察组,选择于2018年3月-5月就诊的35例患者为对照组,比较两组的护理质量评分以及护理满意度。结果:在采取6S管理后,患者的护理质量的评分和满意度都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:6S管理不仅促进了护理质量的提高,同时也可以提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of 6S management in clinical orthopaedic nursing.Methods:Our Department started 6s management in March 2019.Thirty-five patients who visited hospital from March to May 2019 were selected as observation group and 35 patients who visited hospital from March to May 2018 were selected as control group.The nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:After adopting 6S management,the scores and satisfaction of nursing quality of patients were better than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:6S management can not only adjust patients’satisfaction level,but also promote the improvement of nursing quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
