用药护理管理对75岁以上高血压患者疾病知晓率的影响

Effect of medication nursing management on disease awareness rate of elderly patients over 75 years old with hypertension

目的:探究75岁以上高血压患者实施用药护理管理的效果。方法:随机将医院接收的90例75岁以上高血压患者分为观察组(用药护理管理)和对照组(常规护理),均随访半年,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的收缩压水平、舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的用药依从性评分、自我管理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疾病知晓率(86.67%)高于对照组(64.44%),用药不良事件发生率(4.44%)低于对照组(33.33%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对75岁以上高血压患者实施用药护理管理可行性强,效果较佳。

Objective:To investigate the effect of medication management on patients over 75 years old with hypertension.Methods:Ninety patients with hypertension over 75 years old were randomly divided into observation group (medication management) and control group (conventional nursing).All were followed up for half a year to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance score and self-management ability score of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the disease awareness rate of the observation group (86.67%) was higher than the control group (64.44%),and the incidence of adverse drug use (4.44%) was lower than that of the control group (33.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion:It is feasible and effective to implement medication nursing management for elderly patients with hypertension over 75 years old.
