推拿联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的疗效观察

Clinical observation on therapeutic effect of massage combined with montelukast sodium in treating infantile post infection cough

目的:观察推拿联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将符合感染后咳嗽诊断标准的61例患儿,随机分成药物组(孟鲁司特钠组)30例、联合组(推拿联合孟鲁司特钠组)31例,观察咳嗽症状积分及总体疗效评价。结果:联合组患儿治疗后的咳嗽症状积分改善明显优于药物组(P<0.05);联合组总有效率明显高于药物组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽更具优势。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of infantile post infection cough cured by massage combined with montelukast sodium.Method:The 61 cases of infantile post infection cough with syndrome that all met the criteria were randomly divided into Drug(Montelukast sodium group) group and Joint (Massage combined with Montelukast sodium group) group,then observe the cough symptom score and total effective rate.Results:the improvement in cough symptom score of joint group was much better than drug group(P<0.05).the total effective rate of joint group was much higher than drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with Montelukast sodium therapy for treatment of infantile post infection cough was superior to Montelukast sodium.
