微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用及有效性探讨

The effect application of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment

目的:探讨微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用及有效性。方法:选取医院口腔科收治的150例口腔正畸患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组,两组均为75例。对照组患者给予常规正畸治疗,观察组患者给予微型种植体支抗。结果:观察组患者治疗后1个月及治疗后6个月咬合力、咀嚼效率、SF-36评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者上中切牙倾角差、磨牙移位明显较对照组小,上中切牙凸距差明显较对照组大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用,能够有效改善口腔畸形程度,改善生活质量,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods:150 cases of orthodontic patients admitted to the department of stomatology of the hospital were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into two groups:75 cases in both groups.The control group received conventional orthodontic treatment and the observation group received microimplant anchorage.Results:bite force,chewing efficiency and sf-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group 1 month after treatment and 6 months after treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the difference in inclination Angle and molar displacement of upper central incisors in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the difference in protrusion distance of upper central incisors was significantly larger than that in the control group,with significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment can effectively improve the degree of oral malformation,improve the quality of life,and have high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
