对脊髓损伤下肢痉挛患者行间歇导尿的护理体会

Nursing experience of intermittent urinary catheterization in patients with spinal cord injury and lower extremity spasm

目的:探讨脊髓损伤下肢痉挛患者行间歇导尿的护理策略。方法:选取医院收治的需进行间歇导尿的脊髓损伤下肢痉挛患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上接受综合康复护理干预,对比两组患者一次插管成功率、导尿时间等指标。结果:2个月后,两组患者一次插管成功率、导尿时间均明显改善,且观察组患者改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:通过综合性康复护理可以提升脊髓损伤下肢痉挛患者间歇导尿插管的成功率,缩短导尿时间,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the nursing strategy of intermittent catheterization for patients with spinal cord injury and lower limb spasm.Method:70 cases of patients with lower limb spasm after spinal cord injury requiring intermittent catheterization were collected and divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on this basis,the success rate of one-time intubation and catheterization time of the two groups were compared.Result:Two months later,the success rate of one-time intubation and the time of catheterization in both groups were significantly improved,especially in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the success rate of intermittent catheterization in patients with spinal cord injury and lower limb spasm,reduce the time of catheterization,which is worth promoting.
