摘要
目的:探讨跨专业合作以团队为基础的学习(TBL)联合高仿真模拟在《急救护理》实训教学中的应用效果。方法:采用整群抽样方法,抽取2015级护理专业1~2班106例护生为实验组,同专业平行班3~4班106例护生为对照组,实验组采用医护团队合作学习模式,对照组采用传统教学。结果:实验组理论考试和实践技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),新的教学模式有利于培养护生团队合作,职业认同等职业素质。结论:基于跨专业医护团队合作学习模式能显著提高《急救护理》技能教学效果,有助于护生团队合作意识、评判性思维及职业角色认同等职业素养的形成。
Objective:To explore the application effect of cross-disciplinary cooperation in Team-based Learning(TBL) with high-end Simulation System in the practical training of first aid nursing.Methods:Using the method of cluster sampling,a total of 106 nursing students from Class 1 to Class 2 in level 2015 were selected as experimental group,106 persons in 3-4 classes of the same major as the control group.The experimental group adopted the cooperative learning mode of medical and nursing team,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Results:At the end of the course,the scores of theory test and practical skill test in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The investigation shows that the new teaching modelis beneficial to the cultivation of team cooperation,professional identity and other professional qualities of nursing students.Conclusion:based on the multi-disciplinary medical team cooperation learning model can significantly improve the skills teaching effect,and it is helpful for nursing students to form professional quality such as team cooperation consciousness,critical thinking and professional role identity.
