责任助产及整体护理在无痛分娩护理中的应用

Application of responsible midwifery and holistic nursing in painless delivery nursing

目的:探讨责任助产及整体护理在无痛分娩护理中的应用。方法:对两组产妇的产程时间、平均出血量、SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分、自然分娩、母乳喂养、产后出血、尿潴留、新生儿窒息发生情况进行统计分析。结果:研究组产妇的第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),平均出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05),SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩率、母乳喂养率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),产后出血、尿潴留、新生儿窒息发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:责任助产及整体护理在无痛分娩护理中的应用效果优于传统产科护理。

Objective:To explore the application of responsibility midwifery and holistic nursing in painless childbirth nursing.Methods:The time of delivery,average blood loss,SAS score,SDS score,VAS score,natural delivery,breastfeeding,postpartum hemorrhage,urinary retention and neonatal asphyxia were analyzed.Results:The first stage,second stage and third stage of labor in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05),the average amount of bleeding was significantly less than that in the control group (P< 0.05),the SAS score,SDS score and VAS score were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),the natural delivery rate and breast feeding rate were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),postpartum hemorrhage,urinary retention and neonatal asphyxia.The incidence of interest was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of responsibility midwifery and holistic nursing in painless childbirth nursing is better than that of traditional obstetric nursing.
