品管圈在提高新生儿小便标本留送及时率中的应用

Application of quality control circle in improving the timely retention rate of neonatal urine specimens

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高新生儿小便标本留送及时率方面的应用价值。方法:选取医院新生儿科收治100例新生儿作为研究组,小便标本检验行品管圈干预,选取同期入院100例新生儿作为对照组,小便标本检验行常规护理,观察并对比两组小便标本留送情况。结果:研究组患儿尿标本采集合格率、留送及时率分别为94.00%、76.00%,均显著高于对照组的75.00%、40.00%(P<0.05);改善后护理人员知识掌握评分均显著高于干预前(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开展品管圈活动,可有效提高新生儿小便标本收集效率及质量,保证标本留送及时率。

Objective:To evaluate the application value of quality control circle activities in improving the timely delivery rate of urine specimens for newborns.Methods:100 neonates from the Hospital were selected as the study group,quality control circle intervention in urine specimen inspection,100 newborns admitted in the same period were selected as control group,routine nursing was performed for urine specimen examination,observe and compare the two groups of urine specimens.Results:The qualified rate and timely rate of urine sample collection in the study group were 94.00% and 76.00% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group (75.00% and 40.00%)(P<0.05);After improvement,the scores of knowledge mastery of nurses were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out quality control circle activities,can effectively improve the collection efficiency and quality of neonatal urine specimens,and ensure the timely rate of specimen delivery.
