临床护理路径在妇产科护理中的应用

Application of clinical nursing path in obstetrics and gynecology nursing

目的:探讨临床护理路径在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法:挑选医院妇产科收治的90例产妇作为观察对象,随机分成两组,对照组45例接受常规护理,研究组45例执行临床护理路径。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组产妇的焦虑、抑郁改善情况好于对照组,且护理总满意率也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径应用妇产科护理,可以有效调节产妇心理状况,缩短治疗时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of clinical nursing path in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods:90 maternal patients were selected for observation,randomly divided into two groups,the control group received regular care,and the research group performed 45 clinical care paths.Comparison of two groups of nursing effects.Results:Anxiety and depression improved better in the study group than in the control group,and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing route can effectively regulate the patient’s psychological condition,shorten the treatment time and improve the nursing satisfaction.
