人性化关怀护理应用于宫外孕手术患者的效果分析

Analysis of application effect of humanized care nursing on patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨人性化关怀护理在宫外孕手术患者中的应用效果。方法:84例行输卵管切除术的宫外孕患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者予以常规护理,研究组患者同时增加人性化关怀护理干预。比较两组患者的焦虑评分、并发症发生率、住院时间及护理满意度等指标。结果:护理后研究组的焦虑评分降幅明显高于对照组降幅(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率、住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化关怀应用于宫外孕患者,可改善患者术后焦虑状态,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,增加患者护理满意度。

Objective:To study the application effect of humanized care nursing on patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Eighty-four patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing salpingectomy were enrolled in the department of obstetrics and gynecology,They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group received routine nursing care and the study group received additional humanized nursing care intervention.Anxiety score,complication rate,hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The decrease of anxiety score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications and length of hospital stay in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group,which was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized care applied to patients with ectopic pregnancy can significantly improve postoperative anxiety,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing.
