摘要
跆拳道作为一项竞技体育项目,因其运动强度大、对抗性强,致使运动损伤的发生率很高。跆拳道运动损伤主要可分挫伤、拉伤、扭伤、撕裂伤、脑震荡及骨折等多种类型,损伤主要发生在踝、足、膝、手及小腿等部位,损伤主要由准备活动不充分、运动负荷过大、动作不规范及自我保护不当等原因导致。预防运动损伤须提高运动员和教练员的思想认识,做好充分的准备活动,合理安排训练内容和负荷,规范动作技术等,对损伤的康复治疗主要采用物理、药物、心理调控及恢复性训练等方法。
Taekwondo,as a competitive sport,has a high incidence of sports injury because of its high intensity and fierce antagonism.Taekwondo sports injuries can be classified into contusion,strain,sprain,laceration,brain concussion and fracture.Injuries,mainly caused by inadequate preparatory activities,excessive exercise load,irregular movements and improper self-protection,may occur in the ankle,leg,knee,foot and hand.To prevent them,it is necessary to raise the ideological awareness of athletes and coaches.Physical,drug,psychological regulation and restorative training methods are adopted in rehabilitation treatment of injuries.
