双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄与蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Bifidobacterium Tetrad Viable Tablets Combined with Yinzhihuang and Blue Light Irradiation in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

目的分析双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄与蓝光照射治疗在新生儿黄疸中的运用。方法选择河南省开封市妇幼保健院收治的107例新生儿黄疸为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,对照组给予常规蓝光照射联合茵栀黄治疗,观察组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄与蓝光照射治疗。结果观察组黄疸消退时间、胆红素水平改善时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗3d时经皮胆红素值低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄与蓝光照射治疗用于新生儿黄疸,作用迅速,可显著改善患儿的黄疸症状。

Objective To analyze the application of bifidobacterium quadruplex active bacteria tablets combined with yinzhihuang and blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 107 neonates with jaundice admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. The control group was given conventional blue light irradiation combined with Yinzhihuang, while the observation group was given bifidobacterium quadruplex active bacteria tablets combined with yinzhihuang and blue light irradiation. Results The time of icterus subside and bilirubin improvement in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The value of transdermal bilirubin in the observation group during 3 d of treatment was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium quadruplex active bacteria tablets combined with yinzhihuang and blue light irradiation have a rapid effect on neonatal jaundice and can significantly improve the symptoms of jaundice in children.
