摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术在运动医学骨科临床实习带教的应用价值。方法选取2018~2019学年在成都市双流区第一人民医院运动医学骨科实习的学生68名,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组34名。实验组采用3D打印模型结合传统临床带教模式教学,对照组采用传统带教模式实施临床教学。实习结束后,比较两组学生教学成绩,同时进行综合能力问卷测评,评价教学效果。结果实验组学生临床技能考核(92.79±5.47)分与基础理论知识(93.06±8.25)分均高于对照组的临床技能考核(85.37±6.32)分与基础理论知识(84.76±7.14)分(P<0.05);实验组综合能力评价均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术应用于运动医学骨科临床实习带教,可提高教学成绩及学生满意度,有助于学生建立立体思维、增强兴趣,具有一定应用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of 3D printing technology in clinical practice teaching of sports medicine orthopedics.Methods 68 students who were interned in sports medicine orthopedics at the First People's Hospital of Shuangliu District,Chengdu in the 2018-2019 school year were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The experimental group used 3D printing models combined with the traditional clinical teaching mode,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode for clinical teaching.After the internship period,compare the teaching performance of the two groups of students,and conduct a comprehensive ability questionnaire to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The scores of clinical skill assessment(92.79±5.47)and basic theoretical knowledge(93.06±8.25)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(85.37±6.32)and basic theoretical knowledge(84.76±7.14)(P<0.05);the comprehensive ability evaluation of the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing technology in clinical practice teaching of sports medicine orthopedics can improve teaching performance and student satisfaction,and help students to establish three-dimensional thinking and enhance interest,which has certain application value.
