Status and Progress of Laparoscopic Surgery for Gastric Carcinoma

胃癌是临床常见恶性肿瘤,发病率、死亡率高,外科手术是胃癌主要治疗方法。腹腔镜手术是一种微创性的外科术式,在减少手术创伤,促进患者恢复中具有重要价值。随着腹腔镜技术的发展,腹腔镜胃癌手术已经成为早期、进展期胃癌外科治疗的主要术式,本文就腹腔镜类型、手术方式及其在胃癌治疗中的应用效果及发展前景进行综述。

Gastric carcinoma is a common clinical malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality.Surgery is the main treatment method for gastric carcinoma.Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive surgical procedure,which has important value in reducing surgical trauma and promoting patient recovery.With the development of laparoscopic technology,laparoscopic gastric carcinoma surgery has become the main surgical procedure for early and advanced gastric carcinoma.This article reviews the types of laparoscopy,surgical methods,and their application effects and development prospects in the treatment of gastric carcinoma.
