米非司酮与乳酸依沙吖啶联合治疗中晚期妊娠引产的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Mifepristone Combined with Ethacridine Lactate in the Induction of Labor in Mid-to-late Pregnancy

目的探究米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶在中晚期妊娠引产中的效果。方法选择2018年1月~12月我院接收的44例中晚期妊娠引产孕妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各22例,对照组注射乳酸依沙吖引产,研究组在此基础上联合米非司酮引产,比较两组宫缩开始时间、引产时间、阴道出血量、引产成功率及并发症发生情况。结果研究组宫缩开始时间、引产时间分别为(14.85±2.46)h、(30.10±4.96)h,短于对照组的(22.41±3.22)h、(43.98±5.14)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组阴道出血量为(89.21±10.36)ml,少于对照组的(145.05±16.95)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,引产成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶可缩短中晚期妊娠引产产妇宫缩时间及引产时间,可有效降低引产期间产妇阴道出血量及并发症发生率,引产成功率高,应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with ethacridine lactate in induction of labor in mid-late pregnancy.Methods 44 mid-late pregnancy pregnant women who were induced by labor in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with22 cases in each group.The control group was injected with ethacridine lactate to induce labor.Combined with mifepristone for induction of labor,the two groups were compared for the onset of uterine contraction,the time of induction of labor,the amount of vaginal bleeding,the success rate of induction of labor and the incidence of complications.Results The maternal contraction onset time and induction time in the study group were(14.85±2.46)h and(30.10±4.96)h,which were less than the control group's(22.41±3.22)h and(43.98±5.14)h,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the amount of vaginal bleeding in the study group was(89.21±10.36)ml,which was less than that in the control group(145.05±16.95)ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than the control group had a higher rate of induction of labor than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with ethacridine lactate can shorten the contraction time and induction time of induction of labor in mid-to-late pregnancy.It can effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and the incidence of complications during induction of labor.The induction rate is high and the application effect is significant.
