经络推拿联合益气舒筋汤对颈肩腰腿痛患者症状改善及预后影响

Effects of Meridian Massage and Yiqi Shujin Decoction on Symptoms and Prognosis of Patients with Neck,Shoulder,Waist and Leg Pain

目的分析经络推拿联合益气舒筋汤治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效、症状改善及预后影响。方法选取2018年2月~2019年2月在我院治疗的100例颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(41例)和观察组(59例)。对照组采用益气舒筋汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合经络推拿,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗后临床症状(关节活动度、疼痛、压痛)评分、发作频率、持续时间以及复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.91%,高于对照组的82.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组关节活动度、疼痛、压痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发作频率、持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月,观察组复发率为6.77%,低于对照组的17.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经络推拿联合益气舒筋汤治疗颈肩腰腿痛可有效改善患者临床症状和预后效果,减轻患者痛苦,降低临床复发率。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy,improvement of symptoms and prognosis of meridian massage combined with Yiqi Shujin Decoction in the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods A total of 100 patients with neck,shoulder,waist,and leg pain who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group(41 cases)and the observation group(59 cases).The control group was treated with Yiqi Shujin Decoction,and the observation group was combined with meridian massage on the basis of the control group to compare the total effective rate of clinical treatment,scores of clinical symptoms(joint activity,pain,tenderness),frequency of onset,duration And relapses.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.91%,which was higher than 82.92%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The joint activity,pain,and tenderness scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the frequency and duration of attacks in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 6.77%,which was lower than 17.07%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Meridian massage combined with Yiqi Shujin Decoction for the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist,and leg pain can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the prognosis of patients,reduce the pain of patients,reduce the clinical recurrence rate.
