摘要 针对油田和炼化企业产生的高含水油泥运输成本高、堆放面积大、深度处理难度大的问题,指出干化减量是实施高含水油泥资源化、无害化最为直接、经济、有效的前提。从技术原理及应用等方面综述了目前高含水油泥脱水干化处理技术,包括热干化、超热蒸汽喷射、新型干化技术(微波干化、电渗透干化、油炸干化)等,详细介绍了各种方法的原理、研究实例和优缺点,为高含水油泥干化及后续处理提供借鉴。 High-water-based oily sludge generated from petroleum industry has received great attention for the high transportation cost,the large disposal place and the difficulty in treatment.It is pointed out that the dry reduction of sludge is the most direct,economical and efficient measures for the utilization and non-hazardous disposal of high-water-based oily sludge.This paper reviewed the current high-water-based oily sludge drying technologies from the aspects of technical principles and applications,including thermal drying technology,superheated steam injection technology,and new drying technologies such as microwave drying,electro-kinetic drying,and fry-drying.The principle,research examples,advantages and disadvantages of various methods are revealed in details,which provide a powerful theoretical and practical reference for the treatment of high waterbased oily sludge.
