微信多媒体平台对糖尿病前期人群糖代谢指标转归的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微信多媒体平台对糖尿病前期人群糖代谢指标转归的影响。方法选择2016年4月~2018年4月在我院就诊且常住南宁地区的糖尿病前期患者60例为研究对象,随机分为微信组和电话组,每组30例。电话组采用定期随访模式,微信组在电话组基础上采用微信平台进行健康管理,比较两组人群糖代谢指标转归情况。结果重复测量方差分析组间效应表明,微信组的OGTT在0 h的血糖浓度较电话组低(P<0.001);单独效应表明微信组6、12、18和24个月时的OGGT 2 h血糖浓度均低于电话组(均P<0.05);微信组3、6、12、18和24个月时的HDL-C浓度、体重低于电话组,但仅在6个月和18个月时具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);组间效应表明,微信组LDL-C浓度均低于电话组(均P<0.05)。结论微信多媒体平台可明显改善患者血糖水平及体重,利于疾病转归。 Objective To explore the influence of WeChat multimedia platform on glucose metabolism in patients with prediabetes. Methods The residents diagnosed with prediabetes in the Nanning who were admitted to our hospital from April to May 2016 were recruited in this study.All participants who were supervised regularly by telephone were assigned to telephone group(n=30) randomly or who were supervised by WeChat media software and telephone were assigned to WeChat group(n=30).Primary outcomes were glucose metabolism indexes. Results Blood glucose at 0 hour by OGTT test was lower in WeChat group than that of telephone group(P<0.001).2 h plasma postprantial glucose were reduced significantly in WeChat group compared with those in telephone group after 6,12,18 and 24 months of intervention(P<0.05 for each).Participants in WeChat group showed greater decreases in HDL-c and body weight compared with telephone group,however significant differences between groups were observed after 6 and 18 months(P<0.05 for both).LDL-c was decreased by WeChat followup rather than telephone follow-up(P<0.05 oth). Conclusion Using WeChat multimedia platform could improve blood glucose and body weight in patients with prediabetes,resulting remission of prediabetes.
