非典型性抗精神病药物的不良反应及处理对策分析

Analysis ofadverse reactions and countermeasures of atypical antipsychotics

目的探讨非典型性抗精神病药物不良反应及处理对策。方法选取2015年6月~2017年6月我院收治的60例各类型精神疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均给予非典型抗精神病药物治疗,用药期间观察组给予不良反应预防与处理干预,对照组未采用干预措施,观察比较两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果用药期间,观察组在抗胆碱能不良反应、体质量增加、体位性低血压、中枢神经系统不良反应发生率分别为23.33%、16.67%、13.33%、13.33%,对照组分别为46.67%、36.67%、43.33%、30.00%,观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);在肝脏不良反应、心律失常及性功能障碍等不良反应发生率方面,两组比较差异均无显著统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论非典型性抗精神病药物的严重不良反应发生率低,用药安全性高,同时给予积极的用药干预能起到预防和控制作用,有利于精神疾病的康复。

Objective To explore the adverse reactions and treatment strategies of atypical antipsychotic drugs. Methods A total of 60 patients with various types of mental illness admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 30 cases.Both groups were treated with atypical antipsychotic drugs.During the treatment,the observation group was given prevention and treatment of adverse reactions,and the control group did not use intervention measures to compare the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups. Results During the treatment period,the incidences of adverse reactions of anticholinergic,increased body mass,postural hypotension,and central nervous system adverse reactions in the observation group were 23.33%,16.67%,13.33%,and 13.33%,respectively;the control group was 46.67%,36.67%,43.33%,30.00%,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 for each);and in the adverse reactions of liver adverse reactions,arrhythmias and sexual dysfunction,etc,two There was no significant difference between the groups,with no statistical significance(P>0.05 for each). Conclusion In the clinical use of atypical antipsychotic drugs,serious adverse reactions occur less,the safety of medication is higher,and the patient is given active drug intervention to prevent and control the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is beneficial to the Rehabilitation of mental illness.
