吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴治疗难治性高血压疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Evodia rutaefolia on Yongquan

目的探讨吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴治疗难治性高血压的临床疗效。方法将40例伴有颈肩腰腿痛的难治性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组给予常规降压药物治疗,并予健康教育指导;观察组在对照组基础上应用吴茱萸6 g研成粉末,加醋6 ml调成糊状,置于医用敷贴上,贴敷固定于双足涌泉穴,于次日晨取下,每日1次,7日为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程,观察比较两组患者治疗前、后的血压变化,治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果观察组的有效率(90%)显著高于对照组(70%),而且观察组的药物不良反应发生率(10%)显著低于对照组(40%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用吴茱萸行涌泉穴贴敷能快速降低血压,且能保持血压平稳状态;该法的不良反应少,价格低廉,患者依从性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying Fructus evodiae to Yongquan point in the treatment of refractory hypertension. Methods 40 patients with intractable hypertension accompanied by neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control groupwith 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs and health education guidance.The observation group made 6 G Evodia rutaecarpa powder on the basis of the control group,mixed with 6 ml vinegar into paste,placed on the medical application,fixed on the Yongquan point of both feet,removed the next morning,daily Once,7 days is a course of treatment.The changes of blood pressure before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group(90%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(70%),and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group(10%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(40%),the difference were both statistically significant(P<0.05 for both). Conclusion The application of Wuzhuyu Yongquan point sticking can reduce blood pressure rapidly and keep blood pressure stable.This method is worthy of clinical promotion with few adverse reactions,low price and good compliance.
