快速康复在手术室护理中的应用进展

Application progress of rapid rehabilitation in operating room nursing

本文主要从快速康复在手术室术前护理、术中护理以及术后护理3个方面对快速康复在手术室护理中的应用情况进行了分析。通过分析可知,目前快速康复主要从术前心理护理、术前准备、术中保温、术中液体管理、术后疼痛护理、术后早期活动指导、术后饮食指导、术后排便排尿护理方面实施干预,以促进患者术后恢复。我们期望今后快速康复干预在现有基础上还可再有突破,以便进一步加快手术患者的术后恢复。

In this paper,the applied value of rapid rehabilitation before operation,during operation and after operation has been analyzed.Rapid rehabilitation mainly starts from eight aspects, namely,preoperative mental nursing,preoperative preparations,intraoperative warming,intraoperative fluid management,postoperative pain care;early activity guidance after surgery,postoperative dietary guidance,and postoperative nursing for defecation and micturition.It is expected that rapid rehabilitation shall have further breakthrough developments to promote patient’s fast recovery.
