高血压人群社区护理干预研究进展

Advances of community nursing intervention for hypertension population

在我国,高血压是一种常见的慢性病、多发病,也是心脑血管病的主要危险因素。目前,高血压的治疗仍以降压药物为主。但有效控制高血压,仅依靠院内治疗及护理是远远不够的。因此,对高血压患者应进行社区护理干预,提高患者的治疗依从性,从而使血压得到长期、有效的控制。本文就近年来高血压人群社区护理干预的研究进展作一综述。

Hypertension is a common disease,which may induce a variety of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.At present, the treatment of hypertension is mainly based on antihypertensive drugs.In order to effectively control the disease,it is not enough to rely solely on in-hospital treatment and care.Social care methods are also needed to intervene to achieve long-term,effective control of blood pressure.This study combines a number of research results and actual conditions to review the research progress of community nursing interventions for hypertension patients for reference.
