随着各级政府逐步简政放权,由政府承担的部分职能将越来越多地转移给社会组织,而行业协会商会是承接政府转移职能的重要主体。虽然一些地方在尝试建立有效的政府职能转移承接机制,但承模式较单一。应结合地方实践和未来发展,创新行业协会商会承接政府职能的模式。

With the gradual decentralization of government at all levels,the functions undertaken by the government will be more and more transferred for social organizations to undertake,and the Chamber of Commerce of trade associations is an important subject to undertake the transfer of government functions.Although some places are trying to establish an effective mechanism for the transfer of government functions,the mode of undertaking government functions is relatively single.Combined with local practice and future development,the Chamber of Commerce of trade associations should innovate the ways to undertake government functions.
