摘要
针对小容量电炉供电存在的缺点,提出了3种供电方案并进行了对比,重新设计了采用三次侧开断电炉变压器供电系统方法,并详细介绍了三次侧开断电炉变压器的结构、运行机理及供电的特点。采用110 kV直降三次侧开断串变调压的电炉变压器供电方法使大电炉的运行安全可靠,为大电炉的经济运行、维护提供了有益方案和合理的技术支持。
Aiming at the shortcomings of power supply of small capacity electric furnaces,this paper compares three kinds of power supply schemes,redesigns power supply of third-side switch furnace transformer,and introduces the structure,operation mechanism and power supply characteristics of third-side switch furnace transformer in detail. The method of supplying power with 110 kV direct-down third-side switching series transformer makes the operation of large electric furnace safe and reliable,which provides a more beneficial scheme and reasonable technical support for the economic operation and maintenance of large electric furnace.
