摘要
针对晋城地区地调监控员工作中面对的监控范围广、基础数据庞大、巡视工作繁重等问题,开发了一种调度监控"三遥"(遥测、遥信、遥控)自动巡检系统。其主要内容为:基于自动化主站和电网拓扑结构,在不影响自动化主站正常工作的情况下使用自动巡检软件代替人工自动对"三遥"信息进行巡检,并根据检测结果生成巡检日志。经实际应用验证,调度监控"三遥"自动巡检系统具有较为理想的应用效果,达到了预期目的。
A scheduling and monitoring "three remote"(telemetry,remote communication and remote control) automatic inspection system is developed to solve the problems faced by monitoring personnel in Jincheng area,such as wide monitoring scope,huge basic data and heavy inspection work,etc. Based on the automation master and grid topology,manual remote desection is replaced by automatic inspecyion software to detect "three remote"information without influencing the normal operation of the automatic master station,and the inspection log can be generated according to the test results. Through practical application,it is proved that the dispatching and monitoring"three-remote"automatic inspection system has ideal application effect and achieved the expected purpose.
