全面依法治国背景下公安情报工作立法研究

Research on Constructing Public Security Intelligence Legal System under the Background of Comprehensive Rule of Law

通过梳理现有公安情报法律体系内容,提出全面依法治国背景下公安情报立法应遵循的基本原则,总结当前立法在情报工作方法、工作流程、共享与队伍建设等方面的不足,进而提出加强情报搜集监督,完善公安情报工作规定,健全公安情报共享机制等建议,以期为公安情报法律体系的完善贡献力量,提高公安情报工作的法治化水平。

By sorting out the contents of the existing legal system of public security intelligence,this paper puts forward the basic principles that should be followed in the legislation of public security intelligence under the background of comprehensive rule of law,summarizes the deficiencies of the current legislation in terms of intelligence work methods,work flow,sharing and team building,and then puts forward corresponding suggestions,with a view to provide a legal system of public security intelligence,and improve the level of legalization of public security intelligence work.
